Caught up with the middle

Met up with Cory from Caught in the Middle clothing.

Had a chance to go over some product development ideas, and to plan some events. Cory’s brand focuses on house dancing and the whole community behind it. We’ll be doing some events together in the future, so get your dancing shoes ready Ninjas.
Actually you might need those dancing shoes next week for an intermediate bboy jam hosted by CSULB.

2v2 Battle:

1 bboy/bgirl LESS THAN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
1 bboy/bgirl LESS THAN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE

calling all beginner and intermediate bboys/bgirls! CSULB is having its annual internewbie jam Wednesday 5/11 7:00-10:00pm! Location: CSULB PE107

Ninja Neishon will most likely have a booth there as well, so come out for your gear before we sell out in your size. Check out the facebook event for more info.

Check out our Missions page for updated Ninja missions.

Peace,

On and on and on

More work with Ranzilla and Kent Yoshimura.
Surprisingly it was my first time in Little Italy restaurant district even after living in SD for the past 5 years. If you’re in the area and even remotely like Italian food, definitely make it a destination; literally every business is an Italian restaurant. It always makes me wonder how a Chinese take out would do amidst all the Italian spots, I mean they wouldn’t have any competition right?

Ran is in overdrive working on a team for a major project that has potential to help a lot of people. He only has a few more days to get it solidified before he leaves for China; looks like he is going to make it happen. NN is proud to be a part of the west coast team, and we’ll be letting you Ninjas know more about everything when the timing is right.

Met up again last night with Azuré and Arnold to get an early preview of Azuré’s new mixtape.

Both of them are super talented, and it’s exciting watching them come up. While listening to Azuré’s mixtape you could hear his progression as a musician which included everything from his word syncopation to his content. He’ll be releasing it soon (we’ll post about it on the blog too), so look forward to that.

Check out our interview with them from the other week.

Also as a reminder, Ninja points can now be applied automatically at the checkout stage on the Online Shop.

Mission Mondays

What’s up Ninjas! We had a super successful week building The Neishon.
You all completed your missions with strength and honor!
Here are a few of the photos you submitted. We got everything from bboy poses, to rock surfing, to Lumbajaks on a wedding brochure!

Also this week we had a Ninja get the HIGHEST SCORE on Dino Rush. Out of 2 million players, he was number one. And what name did he put as the high score? The Ninja Neishon website of course! 2000 Ninja points awarded.

Last weeks number one point winner was a close one between Hawk and Felixpower1027, but the Ninja who ended up with the most points was HAWK! Congrats playas on an awesome week.

This week’s missions:

1. Eat well for at least 4 days in a row. This is very subjective and depends on the Ninja doing it, but just eat good food for yourself. A Healthy Ninja is a happy Ninja. Points: 200

2. Give a stranger a high five. Maybe you saw someone pick up a piece of trash, or maybe they just look like a really cool person, give them a high five. Points: 150

3. Re-tweet a Ninja Neishon blog post. Points 50 points for each retweet.

4. Recruit a Ninja. This is how the Ninjas will once again rule the world, do your part. Points: 500

5. Open Submission. We are open to other cool Ninja things you’re doing. Did you just organize a beach clean up? Win a championship wearing NN? Donate to a reputable charity? We’ll reward you. Points: to be determined by the council of Ninjas.

Remember, points will help you get big discounts on all the products in our Online Shop. Every 100 points is equivalent to $1 off a product, and every product has a maximum number of points you can apply for a discount. For example a $26 shirt can have a maximum of 1100 points applied to it. That means you get your NN shirt for $15! A $44 hoodie can have a maxium of 2000 points applied to it making it $24!

In addition, high point holders will get first access to new NN products, VIP entrance to many of our events as well as other perks of being in The Neishon. We take care of our Ninjas because without you guys it’s just Ninja Nuthin.

Go Ninja Go Ninja Go!

Ran With It

What’s up Ninjas,

Thanks for an awesome week in The Neishon! And welcome to all the new Ninjas that signed up! I’m pumped the Missions are working out for everyone.

Met up with Ran yesterday at Phil’s BBQ. I’m telling you, this place is delicious, and if you go get the ribs; by far the best item on the menu.
BBQ goes really well with iPad.

Ran just got back from India where he tested out his new NN fanny pack. Apparently wearing the fanny pack makes you ten times taller than everyone in the world.

However Ran did more than just test out the fanny pack, he had the opportunity to travel to the Himalayas and do a little soul searching. What he found up there turned into a passion to help others and he ran with it. I won’t get into the specifics yet, but basically the project will involve mirco-financing and training in developing countries; providing opportunities for people to run their business along with the knowledge on how to do so. Ninja Neishon is getting involved, and together we will make an impact. More on this project to come.

I was also introduced to one of his friend’s bands, Pumcayó. Hailing from Guadalajara, Mexico I’m really diggin’ the airy vocals and clean beat.

Make sure to turn in your Ninja points by tonight. Right now Hawk and Felixpower1027 are leading the way in points for this week. More Ninja missions coming tomorrow afternoon.

Peace,

Consuul Council

Met up with the good people over at Consuul to work on some upcoming projects and to get some advice on current ones.
Cruised in while they were busy remixing some Deadmau5, tight.

Nothing gets the creative ideas flowing like beer and pizza… and hot bartenders.

Sourcing clothing development is no easy task, but having homies like those at Consuul make sure your vision is realized. Big thanks.
Join The Neish… I mean Join Consuul.

Have a good weekend Ninjas, be safe. Finish up your Ninja missions for this week and submit them by Sunday. Pretty soon we’ll have a place on this website where you can submit points for approval, but until then, just post it on our facebook, or email us: info@ninjaneishon.com and we’ll approve them for you fast.

Peace,

Ninja Missions

Yo Ninjas,

So let me explain Ninja Missions to you all.

Basically it’s Ninja Neishon’s way of rewarding those Ninjas who are helping build The Neishon. We want to reward people for following the way of the Ninja; that means helping out in your local community at various charity organizations, helping us promote Ninja Neishon, and living the ‘do what you want’ lifestyle.

We’ll be handing out points for various missions ranging from attending events, retweeting/reblogging our posts, doing random Ninja things in public and posting pictures of it, and a variety of other missions.

All you need to get started is a Ninja name which you can get by signing up on the Join Page.

Join from Ninja Neishon on Vimeo.

Ninja Points will allow you to get really sweet discounts on our products, access to new products before the general public, first grab at Ninja Neishon event tickets/VIP entrance to events for high point holders, in addition to many other benefits. Help the Neishon, and we help you.

In the meantime, as we continue to work on an automatic point approval system, you’ll have to either email your Ninja name and what mission you accomplished to info@ninjaneishon.com or hit us up on Facebook or Twitter with your name and mission. We’ll be entering the points manually right now. Everything is based on the honor system, we trust you Ninjas.

For this week we have THREE missions for you.

1. Help us out by voting for Ninja Neishon at the RedBull Tum Tum Pa page. Reward: 100 points
2. Do a sweet Ninja pose in the middle of a public area and post it on the NN facebook page. Reward: 150 points
3. Recruit a new Ninja to Join The Neishon. Reward: 500 points.

Go Ninjas go!

Vote Ninja Neishon- (Ninja Mission)

What’s up Ninjas,

So if you’ve been following the blog this week you’ll have noticed some pretty odd posts about Rebecca Black, RedBull and school supplies…

Here’s why.

RedBull is having a contest where people all over the world make beats out of school and office supplies. The winners of each region are voted on, and the finalists are flown out to Brazil to compete in the championships.

Ninja Neishon won the San Diego region! Now we need your help to get to Brazil.

Please visit this webpage and vote!

For added incentive, I’m making this a Ninja mission for this week. For every vote you bring in, Ninja Neishon will reward you with 100 Ninja points! Just tell us at the end of the week either through Facebook, twitter, or email how many votes you brought in and we’ll assign that many points to your Ninja account.

Thanks Ninjas!
