Golden nugget lines

Day one of ASR trade show in San Diego. Twice a year the Surf/Skate Lifestyle and Fashion industries invade San Diego to conduct business and preview lines for the upcoming seasons.

My plan was to walk around the entire show, mingling with people, getting some new products for the relaunch of the Neishon Online Shop, and to get you photos of sweet products like this:

18K Gold plated 9mm bullet earpieces. Ya, I know. Talk about your niche market, I talked with Daniel about the teknines. Awesome product. Might even try and get some similar models SITi G.
Found a beetle outside, thought this was a cool picture.

Anyway I met up with some Ninjas, got some Energy Almonds (seriously?) and that’s when trouble began.

Made it over to Crossroads thanks to the sweet sweet almonds that were the only things I had eaten all day. Cool vibe that was much different from inside ASR. It just felt like a festival for skaters in downtown SD.

That’s when the lines of Golden nugget almonds and beer took over… never made it back to ASR that day.

Gonna try it again today, but this time I’m gonna stay away from the free beer tents.

Tokyo Style

What’s up Ninjas,

So coming up on September 5 is going to be a sweet dance party/club event called Tokyo Style. I’m helping to promote and am definitely going to be attending as well. A lot of Ninjas are on board already, and now’s your chance to get a ticket if you haven’t already.

World Bboy Classic 2010

The World BBoy Classic originated in 2009 and it is unique 2on2 competition organised by the foundation ’45Live.’

The concept: Invite 16 of the world’s best professional BBoys to the event, divide them randomly into 8 groups of two one hour before the start of the finals; the so-called ‘Great Eight’.

Earlier that same day eight duos from an open qualifier tournament get a chance to qualify for the World BBoy Classic Main Event, the so-called ‘Challengers’.

Pretty epic.
